Paper Submission Requirements

All manuscripts must be formatted strictly in standard IEEE double-column format (maximum 6 pages including references) and submitted as PDF files via the Microsoft CMT portal. Submissions will undergo rigorous double-blind peer review by at least three independent international experts.
